The site is Portage Street, between Osborn and Ashmun, in the block east of the Soo Locksthe street is blocked off for the festival. The date is Tuesday, August 4, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with set up time between 6 and 10 a.m. the day of. The festival is held rain or shine.
