The Newington Parks and Recreation Department has begun planning for our award-winning festival; the annual Life. Be in it. Extravaganza, scheduled to start on Wednesday, July 15th, 2020 and end on Saturday, July 18th, 2020 with the largest fireworks show ever seen in Newington! This event attracts over 40,000 people each year and continues to grow in popularity! We are excited to offer all of the popular activities we have provided in years past as well as some fun, new ones that we know will get you and your family looking for more! Some of the events you wont want to miss are the Craft Beer Tasting, live bands, hot air balloon rides, carnival, food truck festival, arts and crafts festival, and more! Additional information will be provided on exact times and dates of each activity offered in the near future!
