Our show grounds are located near the village of Upperville, just outside the Washington, DC metro area and are known as the heart of Virginias horse and hunt country. With the success of the new footing in the hunter rings and new jumper / derby rings, an added awareness of our show has caught on in the equestrian community.

Lee Nunnally of Virginia Tent Rental will be in charge of setting up and organizing the vendors / concessions once again this year. He has been laying out the tents for all the vendors for years, likely knows all of the returning vendors and will be very helpful and courteous to all. The staff in the show office will be gathering the preliminary information and handling the paperwork.

We will strive for a well-balanced mix of concession spaces for both our spectators & our vendors sake. We expect this years show to be a great success and hope that you will join us in June.
