The Bend Summer Festival is Central Oregon's longest running arts and crafts festival, celebrating 29 years of showcasing arts and crafts in Bend. In its 4th year of new ownership the overall quality of fine arts and crafts, as well as emerging talent has been significantly elevated. A lively festival that enjoys a strong regional audience as well as tourist attendance throughout the weekend it spans seven (7) city blocks in the heart of Downtown Bend with the Fine Arts Promenade placed in the heart of the event, including three music stages, a Jazz, Gourmet Food and Wine Street , a Family Fun Zone, and Bend Business Showcase area dedicated to resourceful living. The attendance averages 60,000+ people over the course of the weekend. There is a Friday night kick off concert on the main stage, and the rest of the festival, including artist load in, begins the next morning.
