| Description: | From Andouille Festival Website: Annual St. John Parish Andouille Festival features music, good times and of course great food cooked with Andouille, the delectable sausage for which the festival was named. Thousands of people merge upon the festival grounds each year for a fun-filled weekend. The festival includes events such as The Andouille Gumbo cook-off, Andouille Run, Second Line Parade, Dang Douille Eating Contest, and much more. You'll have a smokin' good time!
