Hats Off Dinner, Thursday, August 15, 2019, 6 to 8 pm; Champagne Preview, Friday, August 16, 2019, 4 to 7 pm. Festival Days, Saturday, August 17, 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday, August 18, 2019, 10 am to 4 pm.
Arts Center grounds
Hats Off Dinner, $150 entry. Champagne Preview, $10 entry. Festival, $6 entry, youth 7-17 free.
