Apply for the 36th Annual Celebration of the Arts Festival, themed One for All and All for Art! May 17-19, 2019 at Midland Tower, 223 W. Wall Street in Midland, Texas. COA is the longest running, annual event held in downtown Midland! COA has a strong reputation locally - community support year after year - draws out of town visitors. Fine Art is the centerpiece of the festival. COA hosts local entertainers; non-profit organizations; children's activities; regional writers, FUN food; and special events. Friday night, a Premier Party showcasing visual artists is a special treat for art lovers; Saturday & Sunday, artists are the focal point of the weekend with many family attractions.
