The 12th original Winterfest watercolor painting by Barbara Briden who captured a beautiful moment in time of Hawleys quintessential Victorian neighborhood. Custom framed by Bill Holster of Picture Perfect Framing Gallery of Hawley.
Proceeds benefi t the Merchants Events Committee of DHP to be used for its downtown Hawley improvement projects. Purchase tickets at Hawley Public Library, Teeters Furniture, Doodles & Such or Lake Wallenpaupack Visitors Center.
