Enjoy a day in the park by joining the community for fall festivities and refreshments. "Harvest Celebration" features FREE hayrides, pumpkins, treats and entertainment! WHEN: Saturday, September 23, 2017, 1 â 4 p.m. WHO: Howard Street SSA #19 provides services such as landscaping, marketing and promotion, façade improvements and sidewalk cleaning to the Howard Street business district. Rogers Park Business Alliance is the business, community and economic development organization of Rogers Park.
