Enjoy the beauty of winter at an event So Cool, it's Hot! Come to Sturgeon Bay for the 20th annual Fire & Ice Festival Saturday, February 17, 2018.

All the fun begins at 9 a.m. with a citywide snow carving competition featuring novice, intermediate, advanced, and professional artists.

Pound some metal with professional blacksmith James Viste! He will be tapping steel in Martin Park, on the corner of Third Ave. & Oregon St.

Spend the day perusing our unique shopping districts while artists transform blocks of ice into art. Printed event maps with ice block locations are available at local businesses or by visiting the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center (36 S. Third Ave). CAST A VOTE for your favorite ice carving by filling out the People's Choice Award ballot included with each map.

Presented by the SBVC and Stone Harbor Resort, the fun continues on Saturday evening during the annual Fire & Ice Gala and Auction! Enjoy a fabulous red carpet event with dinner and dancing, featuring the music of Marcel Guyton & The Rhythm Kings! Dance the night away to the sounds of Billy Joel, Bruce Hornsby, The Eagles, Jimmy Buffet, KC and the Sunshine Band, Marvin Gaye and all of your favorites! So dust off your formal attire and put on your sparkles. Tickets are $75 each and available by visiting the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center at 36 S. Returning in 2018 is the spectacular Fire & Ice Live Auction! The auction will feature fabulous packages in addition to our annual silent auction. Absentee bids will be taken by calling the SBVC at (***) ***-****. Bids will be accepted until 12 p.m., Friday, February 16.
