Held in the historic Cocoanut Grove Ballroom at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, the festival celebrates its 7-year anniversary this year on Saturday and Sunday Nov. 4th & 5th, 10am - 5pm each day. The festival features over 40 artists, a free raffle, $1000 prize piece contest and great food/bar. FREE
