| Description: | From 38th Annual Oregon's Alpenfest Website: Join us for a fun-filled four-day celebration of Alpine culture, cuisine and liquid refreshment in Wallowa County, Oregon's Little Switzerland. You'll enjoy our 2017 festival, which runs Thursday, Sept. 28, through Sunday, Oct. 1.
Visit Enterprise, Joseph and Wallowa Lake to enjoy polka music, folk dancing, alphorn music and Swiss yodeling plus Joseph Trading Post Bratwurst, the official sausage of Oregon's Alpenfest, Alpenfest Sauerkraut and Terminal Gravity's seasonal Alpenfest beer.
Oregon's Alpenfest is the only Swiss-Bavarian festival in the western U.S. and salutes the other Alpine nations, Austria, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, France, Italy and Monaco.
