The seventh annual Mighty Mullet Maritime Festival, a one-day outdoor event in Woolley Park located on the waterfront in Panacea, Florida, is scheduled for Saturday, October 27. The Festival is a benefit for the Big Bend Maritime Center, a living museum that we are creating adjacent to Woolley Park to honor the maritime history and heritage of the Big Bend. So, mark your calendars now and submit your vendor booth application as soon as possible. Although there are plenty of great spots, we do assign them strictly by date received.

We will do our job on publicity and planning an exciting event with live music, lots of games and contests for children and adults, maritime exhibits and demonstrations, and many other activities. We will also crown the 2012 Mighty Mullet Maritime Festival King and Queen.
