Description: Syracuse SummerFest is the annual summer event where our community celebrates the busiest time of our community.
Saturday, July 7 the “175th Birthday” Parade will begin at 10am, downtown Syracuse, follow the parade South on SR 13 through Syracuse, and enjoy a great day of fun for the entire family. Just south of the RR tracks at the corner of Chicago St. and SR 13 you will then find the Art Fair, games, food, and much more! Spend the day visiting all the local shops and don’t forget the Artisan & Farmers Market, open from 9am – 2pm at Memorial Park.
8:30am – 5K Fun Run, sponsored by the Lakeland Youth Center – Registration table and race start will be located in the “Arthurs” parking lot.
10am – Celebrate Syracuse Parade, starting at the corner of Main and SR 13, downtown Syracuse, parade route will be south on SR 13 to Medusa. Celebrate Syracuse Parade
11am – Festival begins! Food vendors, live music, dunk tank, bouncy house, face painting and Art Fair. Vendor Registration
11am – 3-0n-3 Basketball Tournament at LYC.
12:30 – Kids Trike Races at Mutual Bank, Syracuse.
1pm – Pedal Cart Races at Mutual Bank.
3pm – Corn Hole Tournament, sponsored by the SW Chamber. Registration at 1pm, Chamber Tiki Hut. Cornhole Tournament.registration
4pm – Dodge Ball Tournament at LYC, basketball courts. Teams sign up at Chamber Tiki Hut.
Vendors, Art Fair and Live Music goes on until 7pm!!!
