BOX OFFICE HOURS + LOCATION
The festival will take place at Rawhide Western Town & Event Center. During the festival, the box office will open an hour before the gates open. It will be located outside of Frontier Hall.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Pot of Gold Music Festival is an all-ages festival, however we do not recommend that children under the age of 12 attend without parental supervision. All patrons are required to have a ticket.

ADA ACCESS + ACCOMMODATIONS
Pot of Gold Music Festival wants to ensure that all fans can enjoy the show. ADA parking will be available on a first-come, first served basis with a valid state-issued placard or license plate. There is no designated ADA seating section at this venue. Please email ADA@********.*** with any questions.

SECURITY + SAFETY
We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment at Pot of Gold Music Festival. On-site security will be provided by the City of Chandler and a private security company.

Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a security guard or a Festival staff member.

There will be a Lost & Found booth on-site at Rawhide. All Lost & Found items will be moved to the Marquee Theatre on Monday after the Festival.

Food (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options), Water, Soda, Energy Drinks, Beer, Alcoholic Beverages, Artist Merchandise and Novelty Items will be available for sale at the festival.

CAN I BRING MY MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION?
Example: Diabetic insulin
Please identify yourself to security when entering the venue. Security will locate the medical team adjacent to the main entrance and they will assist to store your medicine and provide a secure area for diabetics.

ALL medical prescriptions must match a valid ID. Medical related items (food included) may be brought in if accompanied by a proper doctor's note and/or prescription detailing the necessity of the item onsite.

Medical marijuana usage is restricted by law to be consumed/used only at an individuals residence. It is not permitted on festival grounds in any form.

PURCHASING TICKETS FROM A THIRD PARTY VENDOR (i.e. Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, etc.)
Fans often think that buying a ticket via Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, or any broker site will save them some cash and allow them to access the festival. Buyer beware: many of these are either already used or are counterfeits.

If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, you should only purchase your passes through the authorized vendors at ********.*** or ********.***. Furthermore, in the event of a festival cancelation, your passes will only be refunded when purchased through one of these authorized vendors.
