Festival of Sail is the LARGEST Tall Ship festival on the west coast and is hosted at the Maritime Museum of San Diego, transforming the North Embarcadero over Labor Day weekend into a nautical theme park for 4 adventure filled days.

An incredible venue right on the embarcadero, beer gardens, kids activity zone, and a low admission per person, this is the premier waterfront event year after year.

Thursday September 3, 2015 we start Festival of Sail with a Tall Ship Parade! Watch the ships majestically sail into San Diego bay, enjoy cannon fire salutes, and seeing the ships end their journey at the Maritime Museum's docks. A limited number of tickets are made available to join in and sail in the tall ship parade.

Daily Activities during Festival of Sail include but not limited to:
Enjoy the visiting ships and crew, kids petting zoo, kids craft activities, beer garden, exciting demos by Aquatic Aviation, Naval reenactors, photo ops with Pirates and more, and loads of arts and craft vendors, plus a multitude of food options, and so much more.
