At our biggest food & beer festival of the year, we fly in 35,000 fresh oysters and teams of star shuckers from both coasts. Indulge in several varieties of oysters and pair them with 3 styles of Schlafly stout: Oatmeal Stout, Coffee Stout, and Nitro Irish Stout.

No ticket is required, the event is free and open to the public. Simply pay for whatever food and drink you would like to enjoy. The full regular Tap Room menu is also available to be ordered from in the downstairs dining area in addition to our oyster specials for those less enthusiastic about oysters.
