| Description: | From La Crescent Applefest Website: Celebrating its 66th anniversary in 2014, Applefest is the La Crescent community event honoring the apple harvest in the Apple Capital of Minnesota. A fun-filled weekend, Applefest has something for everyone, entertainment, refreshments, a carnival, classic car show, Arts & Crafts Fair, a Flea Market, Pancake Breakfast, and Apple Orchard Tours and Apple Pie Sales + more. The weekend culminates with the King Apple Parade on Sunday afternoon.
