Onward & upward. The memories of JHMF III will last a lifetime but it's time to start planning for JHMF IV. The dates will be May 29 thru May 31 for 2014. We had a nice boost in attendence for III and considering the amount of camping space I'm considering limiting the attendence to 1500 for 3 day passes and 500 each day for single day passes. I will decide whether I'll make that official when we set the ticket prices and start to selling them.

We will definitely be adding some new bands to the schedule for 2014, as I always want to keep things fresh. Unfortunately this will not allow us to book all the bands we had this year. Some of these decisions will be based on the responses we got on the questionnaires that many of you filed out at the festival. Don't worry, you know John will always inspire me to make the festival fun and unique & will have some raging music to dance to, along with some truegrass & old-time which was the music that drew John into it to begin with.
