Stitch in Time Gathering of Quilter - Quilt Show 2013

Description: Friday , September 27, 2013—Cost $15
Pre– Show and Lecture (to be announced), which will be a sampling of quilts that stitched through time. It will be from 3 pm—5 pm. Cost of $15 includes a ticket to the pre-show and lecture and a ticket to the Quilt Show on Saturday September 28, 2013 and one door prize ticket.
Saturday, September 28, 2013 Quilt Show Cost for Quilt Show Entry Fee is $5 per person, which will include:
Quilts from all over— If you want to enter a quilt to be judged the Entry Fee $5 per quilt for Judged Quilts, there will be several categories and Ribbons handed out to the winners.
All Quilts and Entries Fees and Forms need to be turned in by Sept. 22, 2013 at the WCQG meeting
Quilt Challenge— If you want to enter our Quilt Challenge the Cost $20—Theme “ Stitching Through Time” - 2 Fabric will be provided and the quilts can not be larger than 24” x 24”, they have to be finished quilts. Ribbon will be awarded to the Winner
Bed Turning—A collection of quilts old to new, each with a little history.
Vendors— Booths will be open to for vendors to sell their product. If you want to have a booth in the show the Cost $50 Non–WCQG Member— $30-WCQG Member
Quilt Guilds Raffle Quilts—Other area Quilt Guild will be able to display their Raffle Quilts during our show . If you want to have your Guild Raffle quilt displayed the Cost $25
Door Prizes—Handed out through out the show
