| Description: | St. Mary's Women's Club Autumn Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012. 50 crafter spaces will be available; $30 a space 8-foot tables, if needed, are assigned the day of the Fair. The Fair is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, October 20, 2012. Crafters' tables must remain operational during these hours. Tables should be set up by 9:30 a.m. -- Doors open at 7:30 a.m. St. Mary's Cafe will provide food, snacks, baked goods, and beverages for a minimal fee. We will provide excellent publicity and intend to be a well-organized, Crafter-friendly Fair! Some examples of planned publicity include: Newspaper P.R. and advertising; i.e., in the Billerica Green, and around surrounding towns, local cable T.V., craft fair web sites, Craig's List; trade publications, flyers, in-store posters, street banners, publications, and local area attractions. *Many of St. Mary's Church activities are very well-attended! *Applications and checks must be received by September 17th. *For forms and additional information, please contact steeplesisters@********.***. â¢Location: 796 Boston Road, Billerica, MA | ||
