The Annual Grand Lake Stream Folk Art Festival features folk artists, craftsmen, canoe and boat builders, quilters and live music throughout the event. The festival was selected by the Governor Conference on Tourism as the recipient of the 2006 Excellence in Tourism Award in the category of Attractions.
The festival takes place near the center of town on Water St. This picturesque little town fills to bursting in the summer - especially on festival weekend.
