| Description: | All crafters/artisans must be current NH Made members. All items must be 100% handmade by the crafter or their immediate family. Only items that were presented for jurying will be allowed to be sold. This will strictly be enforced. There will not be any announcements AFTER the start of the show advertising a discount on a crafters items. This can be done in advance and advertised in the show program. This is not fair to the crafter who can not barter or offer any sort of discount and we hope you will respect this. You may advertise via signage on your tables if needed. Music selections will be rotated accordingly. All announcements need to be approved by Sharon Blais. This is not negotiable. No Smoking on school property including the bathrooms. Should you need a break, please ask Sharon or Terry for a break and we will assist you. This year, the students are taking on more responsibility for their show. Feedback is necessary for them to become effective leaders. However if you have a problem please direct it to Sharon immediately, so we can fix the problem. There will be plenty of food for sale, should you like to purchase something. Coffee and pastry will be available before 8:30am, FREE to crafters. We will have a new layout, once again, as the renovations have been completed. The main entrance to the school , as well as the cafeteria entrance and gymnasium entrances , will be available for crafters loading and unloading only starting at 6:30 am. Students will be on hand to assist you in carrying in/and out your items. VISITORS WILL BE ENTERING FROM THE FRONT ENTRANCE ONLY. PLEASE HELP DIRECT PEOPLE TO OTHER SECTIONS OF THE SCHOOL, AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO VISIT ALL OUR CRAFTERS. WE WILL HAVE SIGNAGE UP, HOWEVER NOT EVERYONE READS SIGNS. By working together, we can all make this a positive experience. Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. | |||
